You have been successful as the preferred candidate following your recent interview for employment with OneRen.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE PROGRESSING

Prior to the preferred candidate commencing employment for OneRen, or for internal promotions and transfers, a number of employment checks dependent on the requirements of the post are required to be undertaken including eligibility to work in the UK, employment health checks, qualifications and professional registration verifications, driver licence checks, criminal record checks, safeguarding recruitment checks (Disclosure/PVG) and references.

We now need you to answer a range of questions, complete declarations and upload some copies of documentation over 5 sections covering Criminal Declarations, Health Questionnaire, Right to Work, Qualifications & HMRC Starter Checklist. This will allow us to undertake the necessary checks as set out by the UK government.  This should take you approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU COMPLETE THIS ACTIVITY USING A PC OR LAPTOP.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU START TO PROCEED TO COMPLETE THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SAVE AND RETURN TO COMPLETE ACTIVITY.  DO NOT PROCEED TO COMPLETE THE ACTVITY UNTIL YOU HAVE COLLECTED ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION LISTED BELOW. ONCE YOU PROCEED YOUR DATA WILL NOT BE SAVED IF YOU CLOSE YOUR LINK. YOU WILL NEED TO START AGAIN.

Before proceeding, please ensure that you have the following documentation in electronic form e.g., word, PDF, JPEG etc, as you will need to upload these at varying stages throughout completion process.

Proof to Work in the United Kingdom

British/Irish Nationals must provide:

  • British/Irish Valid passport. You will be required to upload a scanned copy off the page which shows your photograph, date of birth, passport number, and the dates of validation.

or

  • A British Birth Certificate. This can be either the full or abbreviated version.

Non-British Nationals must provide:

 And

  • Official document or pay slip that displays your National Insurance number. [An official document can be a letter from the HMRC or DEPARTMENT OF Work & Pensions, copy of your National Insurance card or a recent pay slip, which should be less than three months old]. Your National Health Care number is not applicable as one of your eligibility to work in the United Kingdom documents.

Proof of Identity and Address

  • If you are a British National but do not have a passport, you must provide an official photographic identity such as a Driving Licence.
  • Non-British applicants, please provide an official document which includes photograph identification.
  • Proof of your residential address. This can be a utility bill or bank statement, which must be dated within the past three months or a council tax bill for the current Tax year.

 

You will also be required to provide information in relation to the following employment checks:

Criminal Declaration

As part of the criminal declaration documentation, we need you to provide a list of all your residential addresses from the age of 16 to present.  We will also need details of any criminal convictions you have including traffic offences or pending court appearances. You will be required to provide the date, court location, details of the offence and the disposal e.g., a sentence or fine given.

Health Questionnaire

You will be asked to provide us with information in relation to your health. If you are under regular reviews with your GP, please ensure that you advise of your condition. If you take prescribed medication, please ensure that you provide a full list.
