Sport and Fitness
If keeping physically active is your passion then a career within our sport and fitness services may be just for you! We manage 5 leisure centres, 19 playing fields and 1 golf course with a huge variety of employment opportunities across these services. Our Sport in the Community services also offer coaching opportunities as well as the Active Schools programme, which works with schools to encourage children's participation in sport and physical activities.
Arts
Our dynamic arts team co-ordinate a yearly programme of cultural events and activities for all ages and interests. The team work across several areas with specialists in music, theatre and film to produce an exciting programme of events. The team are also involved in establishing and promoting funding opportunities for local artists, as well as providing a platform for local artists and partners to interact.
Museums
Its an exciting time to be involved with our Museums team, with staff focussing on the Paisley Museum Re-imagined project, a complete renovation of Paisley Museum, due to be completed in 2025. Our team of curators, conservators, visitor assistants and creative learning team work hard to increase engagement and interaction with the nationally significant Paisley Museum collection.
Venues
The venues team look after four town halls - Paisley Town Hall, Johnstone Town Hall, Renfrew Town Hall and Tweedie Town Hall. These multi-functional venues can be used as lettable spaces for concerts, theatre, weddings private bookings and much more besides and are managed by our venues team, which consists of events co-ordinators, technicians, box office staff and front of house staff.
Libraries
OneRen Libraries look after 12 libraries across the region and the team look after a range of events and activities, from coding clubs to reminiscence sessions, as well as outreach activities such as the recent Libraries Direct service and our popular Digital Champions sessions.
Executive Team
Our Executive Team include our Chief Executive, Head of Finance and Corporate Services, Head of Leisure and Community Services and Head of Business Development.
Other services
We have a range of other departments that work behind the scenes to ensure that all our customer-facing services can operate efficiently and effectively. The teams included are Finance, Marketing and Communications, Admin, HR and Strategic Assets.
