Booking tickets
Paisley Arts Centre box office is currently closed as it undergoes a major refurbishment. If you would like to book tickets, please visit the box office booking page.
Unless stated otherwise in the performance listing, all tickets are digital. You will receive an email confirmation with a downloadable e-ticket for your chosen event/s. Please check your spam folder.
Please present your booking confirmation/e-ticket either on your digital device or as a printed copy to the staff member at the door to the venue. Venue staff will also have a customer list for each event, should you have difficulty printing your ticket confirmation or finding it on your phone on the day.

Access

Renfrew Town Hall:
Wheelchair and buggy accessible. There is an accessible toilet with baby change located on the ground floor. There is ramp access at the main entrance and lift access to the Main Hall located on the first floor of the building. Seating configuration is flat.
Johnstone Town Hall:
Wheelchair and buggy accessible. There is an accessible toilet with baby change located on the ground floor. There is level access at the main entrance to the building. Unless stated otherwise on the performance listing, seating configuration is on a tiered seating bank*
*Please note rows beyond Row D may not be suitable for anyone with reduced mobility. Please contact the box office in advance to discuss seating requirements before booking as there may not be suitable alternative seating on the night of the performance*

Booking Fees
We charge a £1 per transaction fee for all bookings made online.
Concessions
Unless stated otherwise in the performance listing, we offer concession rates on ticket prices as follows:
Under 16's/Students/Young Scot cardholders/Senior Citizens/Unemployed/Persons with a disability (and carers/friends escorting a customer to a performance)
Refund Policy
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on ticket sales except if an event is cancelled.
Latecomers
Latecomers to a performance may not be admitted, this is at the sole discretion of the visiting touring company/artist. Children of all ages using a seat must have a valid ticket and be closely supervised.
Babes in Arms
Unless otherwise specified babies up to the age of 12 months do not need a ticket.
Covid-19
Whilst it is no longer a legal requirement to wear facemasks in indoor settings, we encourage you to continue to wear a face covering whist moving around our venues. Please stay at home if you have tested positive for Covid-19 or if there are any symptoms of Covid. Please make use of the hand sanitiser provided at the venue on arrival and throughout your visit. Be assured that OneRen venues will be clean, and all surfaces wiped regularly.
