Legend booking system
We require all members to re-register in order to start using our new leisure booking system - please see below a step by step guide to help you with this process.
Further down the page is a step by step guide to show how to cancel a booking.
How to re-register
Step 1
Go to oneren.legendonlineservices.co.uk
Step 2.
Click Register.
Step 3.
Fill out your email and password you would like, read and accept t’s and c’s and click register.
Step 4.
You will receive an email with a hyperlink, click this.
Step 5.
Insert password.
Step 6.
Insert Member Number and one of the other options.
Step 7.
You are now linked up and able to use online services.
If you do not know your membership number please phone any of our centres on 0300 300 0250 or email OneRen_membership@renfrewshire.gov.uk. Please be aware that the mailbox is not manned 24/7 and phone lines may be busy but we will aim to respond to you as quickly as possible.
How to Cancel a Booking
Step 1.
Go to Bookings, then 'My Bookings'
Step 2.
Select the red 'X' on the booking you wish to cancel
Step 3.
Click 'confirm'
Step 4.
Booking is cancelled
Please note that for paying customers, you will be offered a 'credit note' where you can book an alternative class. If you require a refund, please contact the centre on 0300 300 0250.
