Kathryn Ingram has been with OneRen for three years. Her journey began when she joined the organisation through Invest in Renfrewshire on their Graduate Internship Programme. Her internship provided hands-on exposure to the Human Resource function, and this experience helped her smoothly transition into her current role as Human Resources Assistant.
A Glimpse into Kathryn’s Role: A Dynamic and Rewarding Routine
As a Human Resources Assistant, Kathryn’s days are filled with a range of tasks that contribute to a positive work environment for OneRen’s colleagues. Her daily activities include responding to colleagues’ queries, assisting hiring managers with recruitment needs including posting vacancies, interview scheduling, supporting new hires with onboarding paperwork, processing payroll actions, reporting data for key stakeholders and being the first point of contact for all within the Human Resources Team.
