Price Changes 2023/24
We’ve all felt the impact of rising prices over the last year and we have not been immune to those pressures. The costs associated with running our facilities and swimming pools have dramatically increased in the last 12 months. Our cost pressures include the massive spike in energy costs, inflationary pressures across our suppliers, the ongoing impacts of the pandemic as we look to recover our customer base, and pay awards for our hard-working staff.
To continue to deliver our services, this means we must make the difficult decision to increase our prices from 1st April 2023. However, at OneRen we also recognise that current cost-of-living crisis everyone is experiencing and we are working hard to provide our services at an affordable price. Our prices will rise by an average of 5 per cent, which is significantly less than the current inflation rate of 10 per cent. We’ve always worked hard to offer services that help people to enjoy active and health lives, at an affordable price and we will continue to do so.
There will be no price increase to direct debits at this time.
