What Does James’ Role Involve?

In his role as Library Support Coordinator, James oversees the daily operations of OneRen’s network of twelve libraries, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service for all visitors. His responsibilities include supervising frontline library services and managing the Library Support Services team. He also provides essential support for staff training and deployment to maintain seamless service delivery.

James’ tasks extend beyond supervision; he plays a key role in reader development activities, stock selection, and liaising with suppliers to ensure that libraries provide diverse and relevant resources.
