Yoga and Poetry Sessions
Join poet and yoga teacher, Donna Matthew for a unique two-hour poetry and yoga workshop.
Beginning with a gentle breathing and yoga sequence designed to soften the body and still the mind, followed by relaxed poetry exercises, giving time to free write, cover aspects of poetic device, develop ideas and share words with the group.
Open to all levels of experience in poetry and yoga.
