OneRen is committed to advancing the principles of the Scottish Government’s Fair Work First criteria.
We recognise that the retention and attraction of colleagues to provide the cultural, sporting, leisure and community services OneRen delivers is achieved by living our values, having appropriate conditions of employment including paying the Real Living Wage, and having open and effective communications.
We actively review our work in this area with the Trade Unions on an annual basis.
