Renfrewshire’s Waterways by Feral Arts

An Imaginary Field Guide To Renfrewshire’s Waterways is a family friendly audio and visual arts trail that re-imagines the plants, insects and animals that dwell on the Paisley to Lochwinnoch Cycle Path through a surrealist lens, commissioned by Place Partnership at OneRen for Cycle Arts Festival 2021.

5 authors, storytellers and artists were invited to write and record a collection of audio field guide entries describing the lesser known, rare and fantastical inhabitants of Renfrewshire’s rivers, lochs and burns.

Featuring contributions from artists including Kirstin Innes, Raman Mundair, Mara Menzies, Sita Pieraccini and Bex Anson. With specially commissioned illustrations by visual artist Bruno Gallagher and sound design by Robbie Gunn.
