All access is via pre-booking and pre-payment only. Book online  to book your appointment up to seven days in advance. Once each booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email and advice on the guidance which must be followed at our venues. While we would prefer people to book online whenever possible, those who are unable to do so can call 0300 300 0250

If you are unable to attend your booked class, please cancel more than one hour before the beginning of your session to avoid a no-show being recorded. You can do this via your 'Future Bookings' in the online booking site, or by calling the centre directly on 0300 300 0250

Please sanitise/wash your hands before, during and after your gym session. All customers must clean equipment with sanitising cleaner. When your session is over please vacate the gym promptly, to allow us to prepare for the next session/customers.

Bookings for a limited number of sports on indoor courts - within certain restrictions - are open. Bookings can be made by calling 0300 300 0250

You are welcome to bring small toys designed for pool fun, but no inflatables. Toys will not be available at our facilities. Please ensure you pack swim nappies for any child who needs them (there are limited numbers of these currently available for sale within our facilities).

The flumes are currently unavailable at On-x 

In light of covid transmission risk mitigation based on specific ventilation and capacity levels within the treatment areas, we have opted to create pop up treatments to accelerate the return of some of the services which can be professionally delivered by the qualified team. By moving the delivery of these services into more open and better ventilated spaces, we can continue to safely support the team to deliver treatments. 

We continue to review our position and risk factors in terms of the welfare of employees and customers who would normally use the area. Spa environments and services continue to be classed as increased transmission risk areas due to factors such as ventilation humidity and potential close contact. We continue to monitor the opportunity to work towards operating the area when it is deemed safe to do so.

Existing memberships continue to be frozen or we are happy to transfer any payments made in advance (annual) to other services such as treatments, fitness or swim memberships – please contact us for more information
