Four talented young musicians are touring Renfrewshire this summer as part of the Fèis Phàislig Ceilidh Trail, performing a vibrant blend of traditional and contemporary Scottish and Gaelic music from toe-tapping jigs and reels as well as intricate, contemporary arrangements. As part of OneRen’s summer events, the Ceilidh Trail musicians will lead a series of lively early years events featuring live music, singing, dancing, traditional songs, games, and fun activities for young children and their families. A selection of simple instruments will be available for participants to join in the music-making, and visitors are welcome to bring their own instruments too.
