For fans of Orla Gartland, Nina Nesbitt and Jade Bird. Whilst studying at university, Alannah Moar has spent the past 4 years cultivating her own unique style of folk-pop. Dramatic, emotive, playful and inward-facing, Alannah's songwriting reads like a diary, depicting all those complicated thoughts, feelings and experiences had by every young, dumb and confused 20-something.
Finding her musical footing in the local folk scene of Aberdeenshire, Alannah's melodies are naturally "inventive and engrossing" (LOAF Magazine), coupling her love of pop-inspired earworms with the more traditional styles of Scottish folk music.
