Renfrew Town Hall offers a range of flexible spaces within a historical setting. The main hall at Renfrew Town Hall encompasses stunning Victorian features with beautiful decor and is the perfect space to hold your conference or event.
From Monday 11 July, daily opening hours at Renfrew Town Hall will be Mondays and Fridays 8:30-5pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8:30-7pm, Saturday and Sunday Closed. Venues will be open outwith these times for events on request.

Make it a memorable moment by choosing to celebrate those all important milestone events within the historical setting of Renfrew Town Hall. You are free to chose your own caterer and bar provider and we are happy to coordinate with any external suppliers to keep things running smoothly.

We can accommodate up to 154 guests and still have enough space for that all important dance floor so you can dance the night away in Renfrew’s very own fairy tale castle.
Corporate Events
We can host conferences and meetings for up to 200 in our stunning Main Hall. The Upper Lounge, Committee Room, and Lesser Hall are all ideal spaces for smaller events or break out rooms. Keep your guests happy with that all important mid-morning coffee and catch up with your delegates over a relaxed networking lunch.

What catering facilities are available?
At Renfrew Town Hall you have the flexibility to use our in-house catering team or arrange your own caterer if you would prefer.
Parking spaces are available in the surrounding areas of Renfrew Town Hall.
Renfrew Town has level access to the entrance and a lift to all floors.
We can offer in-house technical support, who can assist your event and advise any specific requirements you may have. We also have a range of catering, refreshments and venue decoration options which can be added to your booking.
