Our Easy Exercise programme is for someone not looking for an intense cardio workout, but would still like to keep fit and healthy. Easy Exercise is perfect for improving your strength and fitness and trying new things. We have a range of options from easy yoga to line dancing and easy circuit classes.

If you haven’t exercised in a while, are anxious about attending a class that’s not the right level for you, or just want to stay active and avoid aches and pains, then our Easy Exercise programme can provide a gentle start to helping you improve your health. We offer a chance to build physical confidence and provide support and advice on how to be more active in a fun and sociable environment.
