Paisley’s very own Loud N Proud has a history of producing groundbreaking and courageous shows. After their highly successful musicals I Was There and The Bungalow they have produced another cracker – The Music of Paisley. Get ready for a night of raw emotion, nostalgia and great music as this show takes you back in time and tells the music history of Paisley like never before.

This spectacular live show narrated by Tom Urie is crammed with the music that shaped Paisley and its people. Take a trip through the ages, from early history and the Abbey monks, Scottish folk and trad, the Paisley punks, Gerry Rafferty, the Paisley nightclub days, the Indie scene of the 90’s and Paolo. Find out what influences came from abroad, celebrate Paisley’s hometown heroes, the visiting bands that played legendary gigs at The Paisley Ice Rink, The Watermill, The Silver Thread, The Bungalow and The Paisley Tech.
