Visual Arts Meet Up

Visual Arts Meet Ups are a supportive space to help you connect with other artists, share, discuss, and develop your creative work. The meet ups are relaxed, inclusive, and open to artists living, working, or maintaining a studio space in Renfrewshire. Both professional artists and people who create art in their spare time are welcome.

Our March Meet Up will be a workshop on Working with Communities and Valuing Your Work, with Laura Frood.

Laura has over 10 years working in socially engaged and community engaged ways with communities all over Scotland. In this workshop she will explore how to approach working with communities in authentic and ethical ways. The workshop will frame how to engage with communities, how to position your work and provide practical tips on fundraising and pricing projects. 

Following the hour-long workshop there will be time to network, share any news and opportunities.
