Case Study: Jayden at Lagoon Leisure Centre

Jayden impressed the Lagoon staff with his enthusiasm to take on any task, and work from his own initiative, and although not keen to move forward as a Lifeguard, he had gained valuable transferrable skills and an understanding of OneRen which assisted him when he was interviewed by outdoor leisure. Jayden successfully secured a part time post.
