EGYM Onboarding

The EGYM Fitness Hub is now live at the Lagoon!

Bringing together state of the art health and fitness screening technology, the Hub allows for advanced body composition scanning, giving you a detailed breakdown of your muscle mass, body fat and cellular health.

Our experienced fitness consultants will guide you through a full EGYM fitness screening that includes:

  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Metabolism
  • Cardio

The technology will provide you with a biological age assessment (BioAge) in each of the 4 areas, allowing you to compare yourself to others in your age range, and showing you the areas where training could have the biggest impact for you on your fitness journey.

The EGYM Fitness Hub integrates and communicates with the free EGYM app on your smartphone, allowing you to see all your most important health & fitness information in one place, giving you greater insights than ever before, and allowing continuous tracking for all your future progress.
