Launch of a new leisure booking system in OneRen
An easier-to-navigate system is being introduced as part of ongoing investment in digital operations.
OneRen the local cultural, leisure and community trust is continuing its digital journey with the launch of a new online booking system for leisure activities and services.

From Monday 11th July, customers will be able to book fitness classes online using our new leisure booking system. To do so, you will need to re-register with us by following the simple steps here.
You can re-register on the system from 6th July 2022. You only need to re-register once and, after the initial set up, you will be able to book activities online from midnight on 11th July.
Please note that online bookings will not be available from our existing portal between 6th July to 10th July, you can still make a booking for classes during this period by visiting one of the centres or by phoning 0300 300 0250.
The new system goes live in our facilities in two phases – on 6th and 7th July - and aims to provide a better user experience for those booking fitness classes online.
On July 6th, the new system will go live in:
- Lagoon Leisure Centre
- On-x Linwood
- Erskine Sports Centre
- Ralston Sports Centre
On July 7th, the system will be extended to include:
- Erskine Swimming Pool
- Johnstone Community Sports Hub
- Renfrew Victory Baths
- Renfrew Leisure Centre
Fiona Naylor, Head of Finance and Corporate Services at OneRen, said: “The launch of the new system to replace our current online booking portal is an important investment in our leisure service and another step in our digital improvement strategy.
The new system aims to make the overall experience better for our members and customers, while also making things easier for our staff.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused during the transition to the new system, which will require customers to re-register their details, and trust that customers will appreciate the longer-term improvements in their online booking and leisure experience”.
Following the introduction of the new system, we plan to launch the OneRen app which will create another simple way of making bookings and accessing other information on our services, activities and programmes.
