Staff Recognition
We recognise the value of our employees and want to reward those who have gone above and beyond their remit to ensure we offer our communities the very highest standard of service.
In 2019 our Staff Recognition Awards celebrated the achievements of 40 staff members, nominated by their line managers.
Every year, nominated staff are recognised for their work in a month long 'Heroes of OneRen' recognition campaign.
